“Girls just wanna have fu-un”... shopping!
As stuff is much cheaper in the US we for sure went shopping! We went to some outlets and malls such as the Dolphin Mall. We even made a stop during our roadtrip to visit an outlet!

Our Airbnb
In Miami we stayed at an Airbnb. The host was really nice, it was a Brazilian couple who were new in the US. We were lucky that the house was new and we were their first guests. Like the Brazilian say: nossa casa é sua casa (our house is your house).

Cycling through Miami
A good way to discover the beauty of Miami is to do a bike trip. We rented some colourful bikes and cycled all the way through Miami.

Little Havana
Little Havana is Miami’s Cuban heart, with Latin American art galleries and busy restaurants. The ambiance in this city is very good, people were dancing on the streets. Even Hafsah and Rachidatou tried to show their Cuban moves!

Roadtrip to Key West
By car we drove from Miami to Key West. ‘’Key’’ comes from the Spanish word cayo, meaning small island. There are many keys and the most popular one is Key West. You can imagine that the drive to Key West was amazing, we were able to see the islands and the beautiful ocean. Our final destination ‘Key West’ was about 90 miles (140 km) from Cuba.  In Key West we visited a church and Key West Lighthouse.

Saying goodbye to Hafsah
Hafsah’s trip has come to an end..We accompanied her to the airport and said Goodbye. We still had a few days left on our own.

Drive to Everglades in our new car
After we returned our car we noticed that it was hard to visit places without a car! Therefore, we rented a new car. A car really gives you more freedom and flexibility. As we got a new car, we drove to the Everglades! There we did a boat tour in the Everglades Safari Park (Yes we love our safari’s!).

Last (Beach) day!
Unfortunately the world trip has come to an end!! Before we go back to coldy Holland we enjoyed the last sun shines of Miami at the beach!
